Royal Russell School

The Royal Russell School is an Independent Day and Boarding school situated in the Shirley area of Croydon, South London. The school has been commited to providing excellence education quality to students age 3 to 18 years ever since 1853. 

The happy, vibrant and forward-looking community has alllowed the school to provides an outstanding range of exciting courses for the girls and boys, including Nursery and Junior School, Senior School (GCSE) and Sixth Form programmes. At Senior School, students will need to take 7 compulsory GCSE subjects followed by 3 additional subject. Similarly, a wide range of A level courses are available as well as BTEC qualifications in Business, Sport and Media.

On the other hand, the Sixth Form Library and Study Centre provide the focus for academic life and Drapers’ Café provides a space for collaborative learning or relaxation during breaks and lunch. Other Sixth Form privileges include ‘business dress’ clothing, rather than a uniform, and access to exclusive events and trips including the Sixth Form Summer Ball.
