Tenby International School

International Schools Partnership (ISP) Malaysia. Founded in 2013, the International Schools Partnership (ISP) has become one of the fastest growing and largest school groups in the world. ISP has been helmed by a management team with a proven track record of success since its foundation, which continues in their present leadership.

As of 2021, ISP is a proud partner of Tenby Schools and Asia Pacific Schools and is the largest school operator in Malaysia with 7 schools across states such as Selangor, Penang, Perak, and Johor.  Combined, their International and National schools serve a total of over 7,000 students in Malaysia, supported by almost 1,000 staff. ISP plans to add more schools in Malaysia and across Southeast Asia to their group in the coming years.

Tenby Schools. Since January 2018, Tenby Schools has been part of the International Schools Partnership (ISP), a focused, growing, and financially secure network of 50 schools in 15 countries around the world.

Tenby Schools’ heritage can be traced back as far as 1960, when the first school under the name was opened as a kindergarten for British expatriates in Ipoh. Since then, Tenby have grown into one of the largest groups of private international schools in Southeast Asia with six purpose-built campuses throughout Peninsular Malaysia.

Tenby Schools are one of the few educational groups in the country to operate a dual-stream system that combines the best of local (Sekolah Sri Tenby) and international (Tenby International School) education. This unique model creates diverse environments within their campuses where students can embrace a variety of different perspectives and be well prepared to thrive in a globalised world.

Asia Pacific Schools. Asia Pacific School is a pioneering Malaysian private school in the Klang Valley with a long heritage of academic excellence. First established as APIIT Smart School in 2006, Asia Pacific School offered the Malaysian National Curriculum, and then quickly gained a strong reputation as one of the premier schools in the Klang Valley.

In 2019, Asia Pacific Schools joined the International Schools Partnership group. As part of the ISP global network, their horizons and opportunities were broadened.

All ISP schools unite under a common purpose of enabling moments of Amazing Learning, where a student goes beyond the level they thought possible and amazes themselves with the progress they have made. ISP believes that by providing their students opportunities to learn through good struggle, they will develop the perseverance and resilience necessary to independently overcome any challenges that lie in their way.
